An intimate place to eat with an experience in an atmosphere of tranquillity and space. The domain where I surprise you with intense pure flavours and a rich variety of regional products. Your dish is my palette where water and land products meet. Unexpected combinations with every course of your choice to comes back to what our rich region offers: "Wad Oars". From salty to sweet, from light to filled, an acquaintance with North East Friesland and the Wad.

I offer you a glimpse into the kitchen where all dishes with care and attention are prepared. An open book with a compelling story. The week catch from Lauwersoog, flavourful beef and our own Salty Lamb of the Lauwers country, regional vegetables from our fields and fine Frisian cheeses from the farm. These pearls from our rich region create a pleasant flavour and another tasting experience with every dish. All this, of course, accompanied by an appropriate wine or wine of your choice.
